Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update & Statement

 

We are fully operational and are processing orders on-time!

 

As with all businesses in the UK right now, we're facing unprecedented challenges. We have implemented social distancing, compulsory face masks and other safety measures in our premises in order to keep our wonderful team members safe.

Potentially from time to time there might be slight delays with order processing times due to staff absences. If you need your items to be delivered to you within a certain time frame do let us know by making a note of this on the order form.

 

Omicron Update December 2021: 

We are working to our normal 7 day turnaround for in-stock Sterling Silver pieces.  Post is being received normally and all of our customer service and jewellery teams are working as normal. 

We are continuing to wear masks within our office / workshop and are socially distancing.
