Our standard dispatch time is 7 working days after we receive the ashes at our workshop. This is assuming that the jewellery piece you have ordered is a standard in-stock size in Sterling Silver.

Solid Gold pieces and non-standard sizes will take approximately 6 weeks from when we receive the order confirmation form and ashes.

Once your jewellery piece has been completed and has passed our quality assurance stages, you will receive an email advising that it has been dispatched.

Our jewellery pieces are sent by either 'Royal Mail Signed For' or 'DPD Local' for an additional charge on a next working day tracked service. If you have chosen the DPD option, you will receive a 1 hour delivery timeslot on the day of delivery. You will also have the option to change the delivery day, or even pickup the package from your local store.

All orders are sent in plain, DPD branded packaging.

We now offer the option to Fast Track your order and receive it the next working day* after we receive the ashes for an additional charge of £25. Simply select the '24 Hour Jewellery Production with DPD Delivery' option at checkout.

We will send you an ashes collection pack and order confirmation form by next working day courier (DPD Local). Alternatively, contact us if you are going to send the ashes directly to us so we can advise on how best to package and send them.
