Christmas Delivery Information
At EverWith our customers always come first and we want to guarantee everyone's Christmas is as perfect as it can be. Please follow our delivery guidelines below in order to ensure your item arrives in time.
Order deadlines for gold jewellery - 5th November
Order deadlines for silver jewellery and in stock gold jewellery - 10th December
Order deadlines for gift cards, self-fill jewellery and engraved pieces - order by 21st December for us to send on 22nd December.
Please note these time scales only apply after we receive the ashes at our workshop
Free Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 7 working days. This is assuming that the jewellery piece you have ordered is a standard in-stock size in Sterling Silver.
The Christmas period can slow down this service so we would recommend using our next day fast track service. We also suggest sending your ashes back to us on a next day guaranteed and tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For all in stock self-fill sterling silver pieces these are available for immediate dispatch.
We do however have a large range of gold items which are in stock and ready to be made. Please contact our customer service team for more information as to which products are available.
Once your jewellery piece has been completed and has passed our quality assurance stages, you will receive an email advising that it has been dispatched.
All of our jewellery pieces are sent via DPD Local for free on a next working day tracked service. You will receive a 1 hour delivery timeslot on the day of delivery. You will also have the option to change the delivery day, or even pick-up the package from your local store.
All orders are sent in plain discreet, DPD branded packaging.
Next Working Day Fast Track Service
We recommend using this service to beat the Festive rush.
We now offer the option to Fast Track your order and receive it the next working day* after we receive the ashes for an additional charge of £25. Simply select the Fast Track option at checkout.
We will send you an ashes collection pack and order confirmation form by next working day courier (DPD Local). Alternatively, contact us if you are going to send the ashes directly to us so we can advise on how best to package and send them.
We'll never compromise on quality and rest assured your jewellery piece will be treated with the love, care and attention it needs.
If you need your jewellery piece even faster, please call us to discuss options such as dropping off at our workshop or booking a same-day courier.
